Under this scheme, the aim is to construct over two crore affordable homes across the nation
HUDA has planned to provide affordable homes through Lucky Draw for promoting the PMAY Scheme
Northern Peripheral Road or commonly known as Dwarka Expressway or NH8A is being developed under the public private partnership (PPP) model. This stretch will connect Dwarka with National Highway 8 at Kherki Dhaula and will pass Pataudi Road. The NPR stretch has been planned as an alternate link road between Delhi and Gurgaon, and is expected to ease the traffic situation on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway.

Affordable Housing Projects comes under the Affordable Housing Policy 2013 under provisions Section 9A of Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975.
Implemented on 19 th August, 2013, this policy encourage the completion and planning of Group Housing Projects wherein pre-defined size apartments are available at pre-defined rates within a targeted time period prescribed under the current policy that ensures increased supply of Affordable Housing in urban residential market to deserving beneficiaries or candidates.
DTCP or Director General Town and Country Planning, Haryana is directed to implement this policy effectively to facilitate the creation of additional affordable residential housing stock in the urban areas of Haryana.
